Police in Volusia County are searching for a woman wanted for aggravated battery with a knife who ran into a wooded area.Denise Cook, 41, allegedly ran into a wooded area near International Speedway Boulevard and Spring Garden Avenue. Cook is 5 feet 7 inches tall and has a thin build. Police are asking people to avoid traveling in that area. They’re also asking people not to approach Cook if they see her. Call 911 immediately instead.
