The remnants of Tropical Storm Arthur are still being closely watched by the National Hurricane Center as it moves across the southeastern United States towards the Atlantic Ocean.Right now, the odds of redevelopment remain low. The National Hurricane Center gives the system just a 10% chance of regaining tropical or subtropical characteristics over the next seven days.Arthur, the first named storm of the 2026 Atlantic hurricane season, quickly weakened after moving inland along the Texas coast Wednesday.
